My personal journey into Yoga has started more than 20 years ago. I was a busy student and wanted to create a sense of balance in my life. Yoga helped me to feel better, have more energy, develop a positive outlook on life experiences, improve health, and become more flexible and creative.
I studied different Yoga traditions: Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Iyengar Yoga, and Yoga for the back care, and taught to the public since 2007. I especially appreciate teaching Restorative Yoga that is practiced at a slow and gentle pace and includes deep relaxation, diaphragmatic breathing exercises, and meditation. Restorative Yoga is gentle and soothing and can benefit all body types and different levels of practice.
Did you know that regular practice of Yoga asanas, diaphragmatic breathing, and meditation can relax internal organs, calm the nerves, improve blood oxygenation and circulation, and improve concentration? I believe my broad knowledge and experience can help me to assist you in creating the most comfortable experience of Yoga practice.
Contact me and we will discuss how to fit a regular gentle and restorative Yoga practice into your schedule. I’m a Yoga for Scoliosis teacher, trained and certified by Elise B. Miller, a Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher.
